Milpo Andina Peru asked GEMIN ASSOCIATES to provide engineering, procurement and construction management  for the excavations of the “Winze 1” shaft. This project will allow the El Provenir Mine to operate from levels -1170 to -1570, making it one of the deepest underground mines in Peru.​
